Papa Juan's Baja Grill

And it all goes down right here on Maclay Ave.!!!

From taco truck to brick and mortar, one of San Fernando Valleys pride n joy:
Papa Juan's Baja Grill, serving up some quality baja style seafood.

Located in the Library Plaza is where you can find some delicious battered fish tacos topped with cabbage, a white baja sauce & a little bit of pico de gallo. The tostado mixta is a combination of fish, shrimp, jaiva & octopus all tossed in lime juice, onion, cilantro & cucumber & then topped with a few slices of avocado. I must say if you go in for only 1 thing at this joint, get the spicy mango tostada. It's a more adventurous pick but it's spicy, sweet & citrusy. You won't be able to find a tostada like this anywhere else. You can tell quality ingredients are used & everything is made fresh to order,

I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Portions are good and flavorful. They have a good michelada recipe as well to go with your meal. I love that they carry Estrella cerveza & they had a rather tasty sangria drink called The Ensimosa.

This joint is a must if you rep the 818.
