Rest in pizzniece, Sunland Donuts. We couldn’t miss you too long cause RJM swooped right in on your location and set up shop. As a matter of fact, they kept your old soft drink fridge just for kicks. I love RJM, they remind me of me: Pocha AF! You can come in for some Mexican food, you can come in for some breakfast but there are a few things you don’t want to miss on trying.
*Corn pancakes: topped w/strawberries, blueberries or pineapple & coconut. It’s not your average pancay.
*Spanish Latte: order one & thank me later.
*Lobster tacos &/or fish tacos: topped w/pico de gallo, cabbage con crema on super soft n fluffy flour tortillas.
*Ahi Tuna Salad: Mixed greens, cucumber, mango, ginger & pan seared ahi tuna. The combination just works.
*Mixed Seafood Salad: Tilapia, salmon & shrimp sautéed in a garlic, cilantro butter over a bed of rice & beans with mixed greens.
The menu RJM is serving has everyone asking “This all happens in Sun Valley?!?”

The family that runs the joint are super nice & friendly. When you walk in, the owner greets & welcomes you to his place. He is more than eager to explain how he prepares his dishes. You can tell he takes pride in his dishes & what his restaurant has to offer.
